This includes the reduction of physical waste that is the result of foam manufacturing.

 

Dreamell ZERO: DSC’s Sustainable Foam HERO!

DSC’s Dreamcell ZERO is a proprietary PU foam compound that uses 100% reused foam waste to create an underfoot foam that still meets the comfort and performance standards of both our customers and their end users. When the reused foam is combined with a water-based binder and a recycled textile, DSC is able to provide the industry with a product that is at the pinnacle when it comes sustainable footwear components.

ZERO Is Only The Beginning

At DSC, we know that taking on the issue of physical waste is ongoing. While the creation of products like Dreamcell ZERO advances our work in this area, it does not mean we have reached the finish line. DSC remains committed to the work of further reducing our total physical waste by expanding the use of factory scrap so that we can truly achieve a ZERO waste goal!
