Firstly, the new, unique HT manufacturing process which was invented in 1998 creates pillows and mattresses that are softer than any other latex pillows (they can be made to feel like down or silk). Every HT Latex Foam pillow and mattress core is put through an extremely thorough cleansing process, where all residual materials from the manufacturing process are washed away, leaving only pure, natural, HT Latex Foam. The latex foam manufacturing requires the use of large amounts of water, which is why we are so proud to tell our customers that the HT process, unlike many other latex foam manufacturing processes, utilizes an extremely efficient water recycling system to minimize water loss in the manufacturing process.

Finally, all of our latex products go through quality control inspections and compression tests that are monitored by experienced QC personnel on site.
