Molded Latex Foam
Description:
Molded Latex Foam comes in a variety of densities. The material it self can be engineered to the comfort level you need. It can also be laminated on to synthetic fabrics, natural leathers, etc. The material itself is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and odor resistant. Excellent material for cushioning.

Process:
One of the most efficient ways to manufacture foam cushions. In this process, the latex formulation is poured onto an aluminum mold.. Then the mold slowly goes through a vulcanization tunnel which cures the latex foam product. Once the latex foam is out of the vulcanization tunnel, the latex and mold goes through a 3 stage cooling cycle, then washed, then released from the mold. Once released from the mold, the molded latex is dried and packaged based on customer specification.

Latex Foam Sheets
Description:
Latex foam sheet comes in different thickness and hardness. Due to its technical characteristics, this material can be laminated onto a variety of materials to create advanced cushioning property.

Process:
The formulation of the latex foam sheet is extremely important in creating the quality of actual latex foam sheet. The formulation is mixed in batch and poured onto a continuous conveyor. Next, the latex foam is stabilized by a infrared heating system and continue on to a vulcanization tunnel. As it travels through the vulcanization tunnel, the latex foam is cured and the water is vaporized. Finally, the latex foam is cooled and wrapped in rolls as its coming out from the conveyor.

Thermal Latex Foam
Description:
Precise engineered latex foam developed for the high end leather shoe industry. Unlike any other latex foam on the market, the thermal latex foam can be remolded to a different shape to create a unique feel on the shoe.

Process:
The process is similar to the latex foam sheet process. However, different additives are added into the formulation for thermal latex foam.
